The directors of CAEPP ( which trades under the name of Marina Management) have over thirty years experience in all marina matters. In particular, the company specialises in:

- Feasibility studies, construction and operation of ‘green ‘ mooring zones.
Mick Bettesworth CMP.Mick has been active in the field of Marinas for over 33 years. He spent 25 years with the MDL Group Ltd, one of Europe’s largest Marina Groups with over 20 sites in the, UK and Europe. He was also the founding Chairman of the prestigious Global Marina Institute (GMI). He has also served on the boards of the International Marina Institute and the US Association of Marina Industries. In 2014 he founded Mick Bettesworth Marina Consultants Ltd which operates all over the world. Mick combines his extensive knowledge of marinas worldwide with a property background. He has lectured in Marina Management and Waterfront Development at the Aspira University in Croatia and the University of Portsmouth in the UK. He is an end point assessor for the British Marine’s Marina and Boatyard NVQ.
Mick has developed a marina audit tool which evaluates every aspect of the site and creates a yardstick for future reference and improvement.
Thanks to his extensive experience in the marina industry, Francois Ricaud, CAEPP’s CEO and former CEO of MDL France, has developed an extensive expertise in concession management. He has formed strategic partnerships with many of the marina world’s leading suppliers and operators and offers a professional service adding value to both existing and new businesses.
CAEPP Marina Management is specialized in feasibility study, construction and management of Ecological Mooring Zones. Based on the experience of his partners - SIKOO marine solutions (SIKOO) and INNOSEA (INNOSEA) - Marina Management proposes any solutions adapted to most mooring problems.

Considering the excessive frequentation of boats in the bay of ST TROPEZ and in line with the new french regulation related the protection of the coast and the seabed, the Authorities of the bay of ST TROPEZ retained the services of C.A.E.P.P. for carrying out the feasibility study of a Mooring Zone for Light Equipment (Z.M.E.L. in French ).
